Reporting to the VP Business Continuity, Margaret will be managing corporate level business continuity initiatives for Trading and International Business Units, as well as development of Training and Staff Awareness programs. She will also be assisting assigned business units with assessing and provisioning for their recovery requirements, supporting a Corporate Crisis Management Team, and developing and maintaining standard policies, methodologies, procedures and informational documentation.

Margaret is pleased with the move and her ability to overcome one major obstacle, using the principles she learned at SET:

     "The compensation was good, the location was in NYC, and I liked the way the department was operating. They are handling this function in a professional fashion.

     "I was concerned about my age but this did not come up or appear to be an issue. Their concern was that I was the department head in my previous job and that I would be the third ranking person in this department, and not have any people report to me.
